{"id":442,"date":"2021-11-07T18:14:53","date_gmt":"2021-11-07T16:14:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.richardsbrothersracing.co.za\/blog\/?p=442"},"modified":"2022-01-20T15:28:21","modified_gmt":"2022-01-20T13:28:21","slug":"something-different-to-race","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.richardsbrothersracing.co.za\/blog\/something-different-to-race\/","title":{"rendered":"Something Different to Race"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>With 2021 slowly coming to an end and having participated in very little racing for various reasons including the lows of the COVID-19 pandemic, RBR took a decision to do something different in 2020 already.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>With many airlines grounded during a large part of 2020 and 2021 racing took somewhat of a backseat, but my brother had a lifelong plan.  He always wanted to have a race car as a team owner and wanted to still be a part of motor racing. In 2020 he purchased a Polo Classic with the sole intention that we would only race it in the 2021 PE-3 Hour event.
